LEAD RETURN POLICY
 

To be considered for credit, returns must be submitted within 48 business hours of the lead being posted to your WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com account.

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNING A LEAD REQUEST:

Applies to Premium Members Only

  • You were sent a lead that does not match your parameters for the lead.
  • The contact information provided in the lead request is so inaccurate. (e.g. Wrong phone number, incorrect email address, or false contact name) that it makes it impossible to contact customer.

Applies to Both Premium & Regular Members

  • The lead request contains information that is inaccurate or misleading and in turn creates the lead to not fall in to the outlined vendor parameters. (e.g. Customer requests a website design with $10K+ budget, but in reality the budget was only $1,000)
  • The lead request was placed by another website designer in effort to gain competitive intelligence.
  • The lead request is a duplicate to another lead recently received. (Credit will only be provided if the lead contains identical contact information and is for the same services as requested in the first lead.)

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNG A LEAD REQUEST:

  • Pricing constraints. WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com cannot be held responsible for website designers pricing structure.
  • Additional parameters that are not detailed in website designers’ profile. WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com cannot be held accountable for parameters, which are not outlined in vendor’s profile.
  • Time frame in which customer is utilizing to make a purchase
Website Designers does not retrieve lead request in a timely fashion and does not wish to be charged for lead. WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com cannot be responsible for the time frame or frequency in which vendors monitor and or follow-up with lead requests.

RETURN POLICY FOR UNRESPONSIVE LEAD REQUESTS:

Should a website designer be unable to contact a customer within a 15-day period from receipt of lead request and WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com receives similar feedback from one or more additional website designers who have received the same lead request, WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com will issue a full refund. Should WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com not receive similar feedback from one or more additional vendors, WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com will not issue credit for the lead request in question.

METHOD OF RETURNING LEADS

Website designer wanting to return a lead will login to their account, click on “Lead return”, and fill-in the form. Please make sure that the form is completely.

APPROVAL PROCESS OF RETURNED LEAD REQUEST

Vendors will receive a confirmation outlining that WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com has received their Lead Return Request via the Vendor Message Board available in your account.
Should a lead request be approved as a return, a message notifying you will appear in your online Vendor Message Board and a credit will be added to your account for the cost of the lead in question.

Should WebsiteDesignersOfUSA.com decline to return the lead request in question, a message notifying you will appear in your online Vendor Message Board and no credited will be provided for the lead request.
