Please review these terms thoroughly, as use of the Webdesignersofusa.com website implies that you have accepted all policies included below. If for any reason you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you should not use the services provided by Webdesignersofusa.com.

1. Our Services

Webdesignersofusa.com offers business consumers the opportunity to submit requests for price quotes on a wide variety of internet solutions offered by up to 5 of the companies in our Approved Website Design Vendor Network. In effort to accommodate the diverse range of requests we receive from business consumers, Webdesignersofusa.com maintains a very extensive Network of Website Design and Web Marketing Vendors. However, Webdesignersofusa.com does not guarantee that Website Design or Marketing Vendors in our panel can provide quotes for every request we receive.

2. Your Request

You should be aware that each request placed with Webdesignersofusa.com is reviewed manually by our Lead Verification Department to ensure its validity and then it is matched to the right Website Design Vendors in our Network who can most likely accommodate the requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Vendors who do respond to your request can meet all of your requirements.

If for any reason a request cannot be verified by our Lead Verification Department, does not look to be of legitimate nature, appears to be from a competitor of our Vendors who are seeking price information, or if it is not filled out in its entirely, the request may be rejected and no Vendors will be alerted of it to provide quotes.

In submitting a request with Webdesignersofusa.com you have agreed to allow us to refer all of the information you have provide to up to 5 Website Design Vendors in our Network. These Vendors will in turn contact you directly to present their offerings and pricing. They will make contact via the preferred medium you have listed (phone or email); however this does not exclude them from contacting you by any other means that they deem necessary. Vendors will typically contact you within one (1) business day of placing your request, assuming our vendors can meet your requirements.

Your contact information will also be retained by Webdesignersofusa.com; however it will never be sold to any 3rd parties, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You will receive some communications by email to confirm your request and to later provide us with feedback. You may also receive e-newsletters and special promotions from Webdesignersofusa.com, but you can opt to be removed from these distributions at anytime.

3. Our Vendors

In admitting companies into our Approved Website Design Vendor Network, Webdesignersofusa.com makes every effort to ensure that we are dealing with reputable and professional organizations. However, Webdesignersofusa.com does not claim to be experts in Website Design Vendors validation and can in no way validate the true quality of their offerings. Webdesignersofusa.com does not guarantee the performance of any Website Vendor whom we refer to any of the companies or individuals submitting requests through our website.

Once Webdesignersofusa.com refers a consumer’s requests to the Vendors in our Network, we have no further involvement in any transactions that occur between the consumer and the Vendors. In the event that there is a dispute of any kind between a consumer and a Vendor, whom we have referred to them, Webdesignersofusa.com shall be indemnified by all parties from any type of liability for damages incurred by either party.
